Very good vintage gently used condition!
Pages have typical age discoloration. The last page in the book has a very small dog-ear. There is one page in the book that has a 1/4 inch round piece torn out on the edge that does not take away from any text. (see pic)
Cover and spine are strong and intact. The cover does have a number of bends and crease front and back and one tiny nick in the right edge of the front cover.
